In my decades-long executive career, from trainee to c-level leader, I have seen patterns of behavior emerge that are consistent, highly predictable, and generationally neutral. My career and personal strengths come from my ability to observe while engaged and actively listening. Creativity, articulation, and detailed planning drove my success as a business strategist in running both large and small businesses. As a people leader, my style was always straightforward, direct, and honest. I see the key to professional satisfaction as understanding the motivations of reports and managers while working to establish goals and methods which allow them to fulfill their goals consistent with the organization’s objectives.
Over the last decade, I’ve coached over 200 candidates through skillset development, job/intern obtainment, and early career development. We’ve worked with a broad mixture of large, midsized, and small private and public companies in many sectors, such as Tech, Manufacturing, Management Consulting, and Finance. My clients have consistently expressed that they have enjoyed a differential advantage in the Job/Career search and presentation through my coaching and mentoring. A comment I frequently hear after an interview is, “how did you know the questions they would ask?” The benefit of carefully articulated experience is a crucial factor in the success of CSC’s clients. The client relationship is defined at CSC by determining goals, building the skills you need, and offering a simple, straightforward methodology for continued growth.
