This private custom program runs through 10 one-hour sessions meeting bi-weekly. It also includes up to 2- 90-minute comprehensive job interview sessions. Session review notes and a homework assignment will follow all sessions. A comprehensive written review with next-step provisions will be provided at the end of the program.

2. Graduate

What they don’t teach in school. 3. Early Career

Early Career 5 - 10 year’s experience.

There will always be rocks in the Road ahead of us. They will be stumbling blocks or stepping stones; it all depends on how you use them. — Friedrich Nietzsche

You’ve arrived, but it seems success is now harder to find. Promotions and changes in responsibility don’t align with your perception of accuracy or fairness. You question your career path. You see windows of opportunity as they are closing, not opening. Your working relationships are changing. This is the time to consolidate your position around your strengths while developing your power base. How to achieve the launch point between career exploration? Are you Happy? And upward mobility. As a coach and mentor, I work with early career clients who face these types of issues as well as many others such as:

- Career Second Stage/ Career Assessment
- Balance career/a and meaningful life
- Examining Resilience in the workplace
- Assessing Passion and energy level
- Deconstruction of workplace relationships
- Building pathways to objectives with concrete steps
- Your organization’s behavior as pattern and culture
- Mentorship in problem-solving
- Positive energy

This is a private custom program that runs through 1 two-hour session and 10 one-hour sessions meeting bi-weekly. Session review notes and a homework assignment will follow all sessions. A comprehensive written review with next step provisions will be provided at the end of the program.
